Ingredients

  • Fresh coconut grated 2 tbsp  

  • ¼ chopped beetroot - 35gms 

  • salt ¼ tsp 

  • ¼ tsp black pepper 

  • ½ tsp lemon juice 

  • Mint leaves 70gms 

  • 1 Tbsp  chopped cucumber 

  • Tomato 1 tbsp chopped


Preparation

In a bowl, add ¼ th cup chopped beetroot,  1 tbsp chopped cucumber, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 2 tbsp grated coconut, ¼ tsp black pepper powder, ½ tsp lemon juice, ¼ tsp salt and 1 tsp chopped pudina.


  • Mix well and serve a refreshing salad.
