Your collection is already set up for you with fields and content. Add your own content or import it from a CSV file. Ingredients
Fresh coconut grated 2 tbsp Â
¼ chopped beetroot - 35gmsÂ
salt ¼ tspÂ
¼ tsp black pepperÂ
½ tsp lemon juiceÂ
Mint leaves 70gmsÂ
1 Tbsp chopped cucumberÂ
Tomato 1 tbsp chopped
Preparation
In a bowl, add ¼ th cup chopped beetroot, 1 tbsp chopped cucumber, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 2 tbsp grated coconut, ¼ tsp black pepper powder, ½ tsp lemon juice, ¼ tsp salt and 1 tsp chopped pudina.
Mix well and serve a refreshing salad.
